Know Your Target Market

At this stage in your network marketing career you've probably heard of the phrase "target market".

And if you're like many network marketers, you rarely ever think about your target market. My question to you then is...

"Do you konw your target market?"

This question has been hovering on my mind for some time. And though I know (at least I think I do) my target market, it dawned on me that you may be among the many network marketers who don't know their target market.

Consider this...

It is an industry accepted statistic that an overwhelming majority (about 93%) of network marketers never make any real money in their businesses. Could this be because they know very little or nothing about their prospect -- their target market?

Maybe. Maybe not.

Which begs the question, "Is there anything you can do to know your target market?"

I suggest there is, and this involves asking yourself several hard-hitting questions about your target market.

Here are a few that come to mind...

What does your target market want?

How do they want what they wnat?

What problems are they trying to solve?

What keeps your market awake at night?

Are you in a position to solve their problems?

Looking at your product or service what would make your prospect keep coming back for more?

Whatever question you may come up with the objective should always be to unmask your prospect's inner most feelings, desires, and beliefs because people base their buying decisions on emotions rather than logic.
